At Forest Grove we are committed to teaching children about the love of Jesus Christ.
Child Care: Birth—3 Years
Sunday morning, the nursery is under the supervision of a paid childcare provider as well as a rotation of adult volunteers. Childcare is provided beginning at 9:00 am and is extended through the end of worship.
Sunday School: PreK – Sixth Grade
Activities begin each Sunday, September – May, at 10:00 am in worship.
Children’s Message: Early in the worship service, the children are invited to come up to the front of the sanctuary for a faith message prepared just for them. After the message, children are dismissed to Sunday School for the rest of the worship hour.
Our youngest class for PreK and K use age-appropriate curricula with the emphasis on Bible Stories with a time for crafts.
The elementary classes use the Workshop Rotation Model with rotations (lessons) planned for each month that are taught through a variety of workshops including art, cooking, drama, games, music, and storytelling.
